They share a wealth of practical business experience both in the large corporate and SME sectors, which allow them a real understanding of the challenges their customers face and a true empathy with their customers long term needs.

Peter Byrne

Managing Director

Peter has been instrumental in the development of the core customer proposition. He was previously Deputy Managing Director of a leading Resource Solutions and HR Consultancy so has personal experience of the challenges businesses face. Peter has over 20 years’ experience in the design and delivery of specialist service-based products to the corporate market.

Russell Guest

Sales and Marketing Director

Russell is a member of the operating board of ESP. He previously spent three years building third party distribution for another large Employment Law consultancy firm. He has a thorough knowledge of the market and a wealth of experience in developing strategic partnerships.

Clare Worsey

Administration Manager

Clare has been involved in managing administration and finance operations for over 20 years in large publicly-quoted companies. She is responsible for all office operations and processing both new business and renewing existing client accounts. Working closely with the Business Development and Client Services teams, Clare ensures all processing of client information is managed in an efficient, but above all personal manner.
