They share a wealth of practical business experience both in the large corporate and SME sectors, which allow them a real understanding of the challenges their customers face and a true empathy with their customers long term needs.
Peter Byrne
Managing Director
Peter has been instrumental in the development of the core customer proposition. He was previously Deputy Managing Director of a leading Resource Solutions and HR Consultancy so has personal experience of the challenges businesses face. Peter has over 25 years’ experience in the design and delivery of specialist service-based products to the corporate market.

Russell Guest
Sales and Marketing Director
Russell is responsible for growing and developing all new sales for ESP and has been responsible for building the company’s highly successful distribution partner strategy with a wide range of intermediary businesses across the UK. He brings over 20 years of experience in building and delivering sales through intermediary partnerships and has been involved in the Regulatory Consultancy sector for the last 8 years. Russell has also delivered educational seminars to hundreds of SME businesses through our intermediary partnerships and is passionate about helping this sector to thrive and grow.

Clare Worsey
Finance Manager
Clare has been involved in managing administration and finance operations for over 20 years in large publicly-quoted companies. She is responsible for all office operations and processing both new business and renewing existing client accounts. Working closely with the Business Development and Client Services teams, Clare ensures all processing of client information is managed in an efficient, but above all personal manner.

Anna Weeks
Head of Client Services
Anna Weeks is an MCIPD qualified HR practitioner with an honours law degree. Anna has extensive experience working in both the large and small/medium sized corporate sectors so understands the different dynamics businesses face and therefore the different support required on a day by day, week by week basis. Anna’s expertise lies in adding value to organisations by assisting managers with employment issues, guiding managers through contentious and emotive projects and advising and training managers on all areas of HR best practice. Anna is passionate about professionalism and excellent customer service.

Nick Reigate
Client Relationship Manager
Nick has been with the company since 2007 and brought with him over 14 years of client relations experience. Nick’s role within the business is to work closely with all of our valued clients to ensure that they get the most from the service and to act as a central point of contact for support and to let them know of any new and exciting services that become available as the company expands it’s range of quality services. Nick brings a highly professional, personable and above all approachable element to the business which we feel is very important for client support and feedback.

Sam Davies
Operations Manager
Sam is experienced in both managing business operations and working within the legal industry, having worked for a number of Law firms and having gained her honours Law Degree and LPC. Sam is responsible for all the corporate operations within the office, along with general accounts/client administration and providing administrative support in relation to client service deliveries. Sam strives to always bring a positive attitude into the workplace, and to offer excellent customer service.
